Where we deliver
We deliver to Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore. Delivery to other destinations is not currently available.
Shipping rates
- Orders of US$29.90 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders below US$29.90: US$7.00 standard shipping per order.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping. All amounts are in US dollars.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 72 hours after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days from payment confirmation. This estimate includes order processing time; it is not an additional 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, holidays or carrier delays may affect arrival.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details are available, we will send a shipping notification with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
