Cookies Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used by livamora.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies do

Cookies are small records stored by your browser. They can keep a shopping session active, remember a login or help associate an order with its referral source. Identifiers can be linked to other information and are not necessarily anonymous. Session cookies are generally temporary; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

Shopping and account functions

  • Cart updates: woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart help keep the cart display consistent, normally for the session.
  • Shopping session: wp_woocommerce_session_* associates your browser with cart data on the store, normally for up to two days.
  • Account access: WordPress authentication cookies, including names beginning wordpress_logged_in_ or wordpress_sec_, support login and secure account access. Their lifetime depends on login settings and whether you select a remember-me option.

These examples depend on the features you use; not every cookie is set on every visit. Related browser storage may also support cart updates. Blocking required storage can prevent checkout or account functions from working properly.

Order-source measurement

WooCommerce order attribution is currently enabled. Its sbjs_* cookies record referral or campaign details and session information so we can understand which visits lead to orders. This is a measurement purpose, separate from the cookies needed to keep items in your cart. The default sbjs_session lifetime is 30 minutes; other attribution cookies are session-based. When an order is placed, associated source information can be retained with that order.

Payment services and external resources

Stripe and PayPal components may use cookies, browser storage and device information for payment functionality, authentication and fraud prevention. Some payment components load on product or cart pages before you click a payment button. Their storage varies by device, browser and payment method. For details, see Stripe's Cookie Policy and PayPal's Privacy Statement.

External resources such as Google Fonts involve a browser request to another provider and can disclose an IP address even without a cookie. Links to WhatsApp or carrier websites take you to services with their own practices.

Your browser controls

You can use your browser's privacy settings to inspect, block or remove cookies and site data, including third-party storage. Clearing storage may sign you out or empty your cart. Blocking payment-service storage may prevent a payment method from loading. Deleting browser cookies does not delete an order already stored by the shop.

There is currently no on-site cookie-preference panel. Browser controls are not the same as a consent mechanism, and merely reading this policy or continuing to browse is not treated as consent to non-essential tracking. Where applicable law requires prior consent, non-essential tracking needs to be subject to that consent.

Updates and questions

We will revise this policy when relevant services or storage practices change. For questions about cookies or personal information, contact support@livamora.com. Your privacy rights and our contact details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
